·               Prices subject to change without notice

·               All prices are inclusive of GST

·               Linen and towels supplied in the main bedrooms only (Park Units and Units)

.        Linen and towels are required in the Cabins 1 Bedroom

.        No linen and bedding supplied in the On Site Vans

.        Arrival time after 2 pm, departure time 10 am, unless other arrangements made with management.

·               Pets allowed, conditions apply, except Christmas.

·               Minimum booking apply; Easter - 4 nights, Christmas – 7 nights

·               Cancellation Policies – Your deposit will be refunded less a $20 booking fee if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your designated arrival.  A refund less than 30 day’s notice given may be obtained if a substitute booking is made.
